David and Ryan Once again thank you for staging Todd and my house. It brought tears to my eyes how beautiful it can look.Thank you for having our best interest in the selling of the house and getting it ready. No words can say how greatfull l am for my friend referring your name and her having confidence in your Real estate abilities to get the owner the best deal for their buck.

Glen, Marie and I would like to truly thank you for all the hard work and effort you put into selling our home here in Georgetown and purchasing our new home in St. Thomas. We would also like to thank Ryan, Donna and the team for doing an AWESOME job staging and making that great video of our home. We are really happy with the outcome of both deals and are now ready to venture off into a new chapter of life. This last journey has been fun with ALL the conversations we had on our way to London and back which made the trip seem a lot shorter than it was. Now we look forward to spending more time with our kids, our grandkids, our family and relaxing and enjoying retirement. Dear Ryan, As we look out from dining room table we are able to watch the colours of fall enter the ravine. We are so happy in our new house, and we have your stead-fast work to thank. When we came to you in April to help us find a larger family home on a larger lot within our budget, there were not many homes on the market and we knew that we needed to have someone we trusted who was willing to dedicate a lot of time for us to be successful. That person was you. Over our month of looking at many different houses that met our requirements and some that you helped us to see could, we finally found “the one”. At the time, houses were literally coming on the market one day and sold the next. We knew that we had to jump. You arranged everything. You told us when you started to work with us that part of your job was to take away stress from us and you succeeded! It was a late night of negotiating and finally the signing of papers! Now we had to put our house on the market. Again we continually counted on you to help with the organizing of our open house, cheering us up while we packed and packed and packed and cleaned! In fact, to help reduce stress – you and your wife even helped get our spring gardens looking dapper. You were with us through each step and answered our many texts, e-mails and telephone messages quickly and with the cheerful attitude we appreciated. When it came time to sell our house, you personally hosted the open house and we knew that our house was in good hands. At the time of presenting the offers, you told us what to expect and gave us great advice in terms of what the possible next steps were and you again spent a late night signing off on all of the paperwork. During the home inspection of the house we were selling, the electricity was inadvertently turned off in our bathroom. Once again you made a late night call, talking to the other real estate agent to figure out that they had tripped a switch which was under a baby safety device. Your problem solving skills and understanding of houses helped us once again. In planning to sell our house we attended a number of open houses and talked to different real estate agents, we could not find another person who was as honest, friendly, and willing to work directly with us. Further, your knowledge about houses and the way that they are constructed was a real asset to our search. Our new house has the space and the property that we want. It is perfectly liveable and has those qualities we wanted to make it ours. Finding a house could have been very stressful, but doing the buying and selling with you took away much of that stress. Thank you for all of your time and caring of us when we were looking for our home!
